She is an advocate for client communication and education, and is happy to answer your questions regarding your pet’s health and wellbeing. Robin

Practice Manager

Robin’s journey in the veterinary field began over 10 years ago when she started as a receptionist at Truckee Meadows in 2012. She then transitioned into a full-time assistant role with Dr. Sara in 2014, and has been an invaluable part of our team ever since. Robin has a deep passion for helping animals and finds joy in watching pets thrive under our care. As she puts it, “There is no better feeling than when a pet comes in really sick and seeing it recover to go on and live a happy life.”

A proud native Nevadan, Robin loves spending her free time outdoors with her husband and son. At home, she shares her life with Chip, a Chihuahua/Terrier mix who was found running around Moana and was adopted into her family. Recently, she also welcomed a bearded dragon named Goldie into her home, adding another member to her growing family!

Brooke

Veterinary Assistant

Brooke first joined our team in 2021, starting as a shadow after graduating from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas with a Bachelor’s in Biology. We were so impressed by her dedication and passion that we hired her as a full-time veterinary assistant just a month later. This is her first job in the field, and she’s been an amazing addition, quickly adapting and soaking up as much knowledge as she can. Her favorite part of the job? “I love seeing all the animals and the progress they make, especially when we’ve been working with a client for a while.”

Brooke is hoping to one day obtain her veterinary technician license and continue growing in the field. At home, she has three wonderful dogs: a Dachshund named Murray, a Golden Retriever/German Shepherd mix named Koba, and another Shepherd mix named Lady of the Lake. She loves hiking with her dogs during the warmer months and spending her winter weekends snowboarding. Brooke also has a deep love for travel and takes every opportunity she gets to explore new places.

Emily

Licensed Veterinary Technician

Emily joined our team in the spring of 2023, but she’s been a part of the veterinary industry since 2018. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Science with an emphasis in Animal Science and recently earned her Associate’s in Veterinary Technology in 2024. Emily officially became a licensed technician in the fall of 2024. What she loves most about working in the field is the opportunity to work with animals of all different species, which keeps each day exciting and fulfilling.

At home, Emily has a German Shorthair Pointer and Springer Spaniel mix named Harley, who keeps her company. Outside of work, Emily is an avid horseback rider—horses are her favorite animal! She also enjoys playing volleyball whenever she gets the chance, making the most of her weekends filled with adventure and activity.

Jenn

Licensed Veterinary Technician

Jenn joined our team in April 2024 as a relief technician and quickly became an essential part of the clinic, transitioning to a full-time role that winter. With over 15 years of experience in the veterinary field, she is passionate about providing top-notch care to her patients and is always eager to learn and grow in her profession. She earned her degree in Animal Health Technology from Olds College in Canada and is dedicated to becoming the best technician she can be.

Originally from Canada, Jenn holds dual citizenship in both the U.S. and Canada. She loves spending time in Tahoe, soaking in the beauty of the area with her kids, and traveling back home whenever she can to visit family. At home, she shares her life with two kitties, Bluey and Bingo, and a charming Hotot rabbit named Bugsy. When she’s not at the clinic, you’ll likely find her enjoying a good cup of coffee from a local café.

Lilli

Veterinary Assistant

Lilli joined the TMVH team in September of 2023, marking the beginning of her journey in the veterinary field. Currently working toward her Bachelor’s in Veterinary Science at the University of Nevada, Reno, her ultimate goal is to attend veterinary school and earn her DVM. What she loves most about working in veterinary medicine is getting to meet all the adorable pets and helping them feel their very best.

Lilli has a spunky little Chihuahua named Howie, who keeps her on her toes! When she’s not busy with work or school, she enjoys reading, hiking, and traveling. Her favorite travel destinations are national parks—she’s visited nearly every one in the U.S., and she’s always looking forward to exploring more!
